Walk With A Doc
Join Dr. Lewis, his staff, patient families and other professionals in the Columbus special needs community on the second Saturday of the month at 10:00 AM in Blendon Woods for a walk in one the most beautiful Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks and take a chance to relax, recharge and reset one’s mood.
This is a chance to help develop a fundamental habit for a lifetime of fitness and mental wellness – spending time being physically active outdoors in nature – and a chance to experience the fellowship of doing so with other parents, children and professionals facing similar challenges in their families.
Join us. Dr. Lewis will answer your questions about your child’s health. You may connect with other special needs professionals who can help you or other parents who have their own wisdom to share.
